Country Rockin’ Rebels are a San Diego based country, rock and blues band. Backstory: Kid from Minnesota and kid from Virginia meet out west and make music under the bright California sunshine. The boys were inspired by everything from Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, The Hanks Three, Jimmy Reed and The White Stripes, they mix Bakersfield country boogie with down home southern rock and gritty blues. Now a five-piece with an incomparable rhythm section, wailing lead guitars as well as some tasty, old-school harp, Country Rockin' Rebels attempt to bring passion, heart, creative songwriting as well as captivating musicianship to every performance.
